Food Preparation

I do cook from time to time. Like I said earlier, my girlfriend is the real cook around here. I do cook somethings, various meats and pastas. For instance, baked chicken. I always start with a great marinade. Thats where the flavor comes from. Just the right amount of ingredients and sit time, is what makes it really work. I like to compile the marinade and just let it hang out for hours before throwing it in the oven. Let it really sink in. Sad thing is, when its ready to eat, i normally drown it in tabasco like i do mosts meaty-cheesy-veggie things. But yeah, most times I am just the food prep guy.
